Cancellation Policy
To honor both my time and the experience I provide for each client, I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service value. No-shows, or cancellations made too close to the appointment time to reasonably fill the space, will be charged 100%. For clients with memberships or discounted services, late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited and applied to the account. Cancellation fees are based on the full value of the reserved appointment time, not the discounted rate. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in membership termination at my discretion. I understand that emergencies can happen—please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected arises. Thank you for respecting my time, energy, and the space held for your healing ✨

Misti is a 2012 graduate of the Stone School of Massage and brings a wealth of experience along with a genuine passion for helping clients feel their best. She specializes in creating personalized massage treatments designed to reduce stress, relieve pain, and support overall wellness. Misti believes that consistency is key in massage therapy and that effective bodywork doesn’t have to be painful to deliver real results. Her goal is simple: to provide a relaxing, professional environment where every client feels comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Misti was personally selected and vetted by Angela to ensure she aligns with the heart, values, and level of care you’ve come to expect at Angela’s Alchemy.
